Thank you for considering purchasing my artwork. I put a lot of time, effort, and passion into creating each piece and I hope that it brings you as much joy as it has brought me. I understand that buying art can be a personal and subjective decision, and I want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. While I do not accept returns, I am always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have, and I want to ensure that you are confident in your purchase. I am also available for post purchase support and can help with installation. My priority is to ensure you are enjoy living with the art for years to come. Damage during shipping
Every care is taken while packing and boxing/crating the artwork. In the vast majority of cases it arrives in perfect condition and ready to hang. However, it is very important that you inspect the box or crate immediately upon delivery. Please take photographs of any damage. It is also a good idea to immediately inspect the art. We have shipping insurance and it covers any damage in transit but only if reported within 48 hours and with adequate proof/photos. The simplest option would be to immediately contact me if you suspect damage.
